  2. Contact Your CSM: Reach out to your Customer Success Manager for clarification.
  3. Submit a Task Inquiry: Submit your task with detailed information through the customer portal for review.
  4. Consult Your Project Manager: If available, your Project Manager can provide further guidance.
  5. Schedule a Check-in: Depending on your plan, consult your Customer Success Advisor for personalized advice.
